The Côte d’Azur sets the stage for an intimate three‑day experience crafted for just 12 guests, blending Riviera charm, exceptional dining, and the electric atmosphere of the Formula 1 Louis Vuitton Grand Prix de Monaco.
Hosted by Nathan Outlaw, arguably the UK’s best fish chef and avid F1 fan, the journey begins in the artistic haven of Saint‑Paul de Vence, where we will gather for a memorable evening at the iconic La Colombe d’Or, a restaurant celebrated for its timeless character and deep connection to the world of art.
The following day, the group moves to Monte‑Carlo for F1 Qualifying and hospitality at the Hôtel de Paris, offering an extraordinary vantage point as the world’s elite single seat drivers fight for pole position on the sport’s most legendary street circuit.

The group will also be joined by Formula 1 insider: Ian Goddard. With a three-decade career spanning the Alpine, Renault, Lotus, and Arrows F1 teams, Ian’s expertise bridges elite engine and chassis design with senior leadership in technology and innovation. Across the three days Ian will serve as our expert F1 host and 'ask me anything' guide, sharing exclusive, behind-the-scenes insights into the high-stakes engineering and fast-paced reality of the global F1 paddock.

- 10:45 –12:30 F3 Sprint Race and F1 Practice 3 viewing from the Hotel de Paris garden terrace (watching cars ascend from Saint Devote)
- 12:30–14:00 lunch on the Em Sherif terrace
- 14:15–17:00 F2 Sprint Race and F1 Qualifying
- 18:00 Return transfer to Saint Paul de Vence
